Healthy Futures
Wellbeing and substance-abuse prevention
Our approach to substance abuse is preventative, developmental and community-based. Young people need more than warnings: they need belonging, purpose, positive relationships, trusted adults, practical skills and hope.
Programmes will strengthen decision-making, emotional regulation, healthy coping strategies, knowledge of substance-use risks and confidence to resist negative peer pressure, with appropriate referral pathways where specialist support is needed.
